Life is full of ups and downs,

We would do well, to enjoy, each uplifting moment.
Take those joyful times, and embrace them fully.
These moments can be large or small,
A hug from a good friend,
An unexpected gift,
An intangible internal good feeling,
when you wake up in the morning,
A call from an old friend,
A big smile from someone of the opposite sex,
who you don't know,
A breathtaking, beautiful view,
An exhilerating thought, anticipating a
special personal encounter.
These things and others, are worth
remembering, for as long as you can.
Taste life! Let it linger, and really,
Experience the moment.
