Russian and Georgia signed the cease fire agreement. Russia promised to withdraw troops from Georgia while reportedly still digging in on Georgia soil. Today's report is that the Russians are pulling out their troops, whether or not it will constitute a full withdrawal, we will have to see. The devastation has already been accomplished, in a very brutal way. At least one-hundred and fifty thousand people have been displaced, no count on the number killed. There is a new dynamic on the ground, the genie is out of the bottle, and a new face of Russia has been revealed. It does appear, that although Mr. Putin is the Prime Minister, it seems clear that he is the puppetmaster, and that only leaves the puppet, in charge.

I’ve been watching The Phelps.

An amazing man.

I’d endorse Speedos for slightly less.

Adam ... x :)

....Hey there Kibitzer, I said before, he is a fish disguised as a man, :o) wing span of 6 feet 7 inches, size 14 shoe, I think, so that his feet are able to move up and down when he swims, a good 15 inches more than normal humans, just like a flipper. He will be back at the next Olympics, if he's healthy. He could win 30 Gold medals over time plus. He just guaranteed himself thirty million dollars in endorsements in the near future. Oh those Speedos. Take care.

...Hi again, I have to correct something
I said about the man of Gold, Phelps. His size 14 feet do not move up and down at 15 inches, it is degrees. I kept looking at it when I worote it, saying that can't be right, but I let it stand, so I now stand corrected. Thanks :o)

Congratulations on the Olympic success. Unfortunately MONEY has absolutely spoilt sport as we used to enjoy it - sport for sport's sake.

... Hi, Sports for a long time, but recently, has gone crazy with the money they pay people. I am just wondering if the slow down in the economy will have an effect on the salaries and bonuses. Take care. Thanks for the comment on the Weather Channel :o). Oh yes, there were New Zealand twins who won Gold, as well, yes? Congratulations to you as well.
