So let's waste time and money going to court and come back to the same place with the senator taking the seat he was chosen for. Besides that, is the full Senate going to refuse to seat the only black Senator who would be in the body? One other little tidbit, weren't the Dems trying to get 60 seats? This certainly helps that cause, anybody listening? Should be interesting in the long run.
