Michael Jackson's will of 2002 was filed in court today, with a disclosure that his father and ex-wife Debbie Rowe would receive nothing. That his Mother would be the guardian of his children, if she was unable to take care of the children, then Diana Ross would take over the responsibility.
The monies from royalties and music would go into a family trust fund for the children. Two co-executives have been named, they are former business associates of Mr. Jackson. The family reportedly will not have a viewing at Neverland. There are rumors and reports that Michael Jackson did not want to do 50 concerts in London and wanted to get out of the tour. So much so, one reporter from the "Daily Beast" said his sources told him, that he wanted to try to get sick, because the only way not to do the tour was if there was a medical infirmity. He only wanted to do 10 concerts, not 50 as had been agreed to by his handlers.
He was stressed out over having to do 50 concerts with one day between each. He had asked his doctor, it is said, to stay overnight, in case something happened as he was going to try to make himself sick. There was a dangerous drug that was found in the home. The reporter also said that he thought Michael Jackson had accidentally killed himself and had not committed suicide, but perhaps took a drug overdose unintentionally.
